During your Experience with Zen Dad, you will discover the fundamentals of fatherhood and how YOU want to show up as a Dad.
Each of the sessions are with a certified coach, hand selected by our Head Coach, Rodger Ruge, with our online training materials taught by our Founder, Jay Kalryzian.
Throughout the time we’ll be working together to help you become the Dad you want to show up as, we’ll be helping you develop Super Dad Strength in the areas of Beliefs, Connection, Rules, Body Work, Soul Work, and so much more!
The entire program is modelled after our Unique Dad Map. Your Dad Map is a workbook that has been designed to help you apply each of the 10 modules of The Zen Dad Method into your life. Our coaches will guide you through the program week by week, and support you along the journey so that you can become the type of Dad that you are proud to be.
